1. General Policy

Due to the nature of the use of our products on horses, we are not able to accept returns for hygienic reasons and therefore cannot provide a refund. All sales are final except as required by law and with the exception of a shipping delay as described below.

2. Cancellations

Once a purchase has been made, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping time varies per product but generally all products are shipped within 3 weeks; many times, earlier and occasionally later depending on shipment log status. We strive to get every order out as soon as possible. You will be sent tracking information as soon as your order is processed. If stock runs out prior to your order being processed, you will be notified of the delay and if the delay is more than two weeks, you will be offered a refund option. Monster Horse Products is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.

These terms and condition are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Southern California.
